No, I do not accept
returns. When I make each order I ensure that each bracelet is is fit to
the customer's wishes, which is why I ask each customer to specify a bracelet
length.
How long
does it take to receive my order?
I will post on my
website a notice of how long it
will take to receive an order. However, it will take significantly longer
when school is in session (the fall semester starts the day after Labor Day and
ends mid-December). It also depends on how large the order is and how many
orders I have received. I will notify each customer as to how long it will
take to receive their order. All items are shipped via Priority
Mail. Once your order is shipped you will receive it within 2-3
days. All bracelets are made once they are ordered. In other words,
each bracelet is made once a customer places an order. I do this so I can
make each bracelet a length that the customer wants. That way, I do not
guess as to what length each customer wants.
IMPORTANT:
I
make each bracelet when customers order them. Therefore, it would be
easier for me if orders are small so I can attend to as many orders as
possible. Before you place an order I recommend e-mailing me to see how
long it will take for me to make your bracelet/s and fulfill your order. I
just want to make sure there is good communication between customers and myself
and that we agree on how long it will take to fulfill an order. The more
communication the better!
How do you ship each order?
I ship each order via Priority Mail. There is a flat
shipping charge of $4.80 for each order within the United States. Once the
order is shipped you will receive your order within 2-3 days.
What
determines the cost of each bracelet?
The cost is
determined by several factors: the cost of the materials, time it takes to make
each bracelet, tax, shipping, and labor. Double spiral bracelets are more
expensive because they take almost twice the amount of time single spiral
bracelets do.
Do you take custom orders?
It depends, I certainly take suggestions regarding color
combinations or minor changes to bracelets I have already made. E-mail me

what I can do!
Do you charge tax?
Yes, each order is charged a 6.75%
sales tax rate (the shipping charge is not taxed). For example, if an
order consists of two bracelets, the order as a whole is taxed, not each
individual bracelet.
How do I pay for my
order?
I decided to use PayPal for my payment
system; it is quick,easy, seucre, and reputable. PayPal allows you to make
a payment without me seeing your actual credit or debit card number. I
have used PayPal numerous times when I buy items online. For instance, I
used PayPal to buy $1500 Buffet Clarinet and the purchase went very

Do you share information about
me?
Absolutely not! The information I receive
from you is only used in such a way to allow me to fulfill your order. In
no way do I share or sell your information with others. I respect my
customers' privacy and strive to gain your trust and continued
business.
How do I determine the length of the bracelet I
wish to order?
I allow each customer to enter a
bracelet length becuase I want each bracelet to fit each customer to their
liking. IMPORTANT: the double spiral bracelets are LONGER than the single
spiral bracelets. Double spiral bracelets are 3/4 to an inch longer than
single spiral bracelets. Therefore, if you order a double spiral bracelet
add an extra 3/4 to an inch to your normal bracelet length. The double
spiral bracelets are longer becuase they are larger and fit "bigger" on the
wrist.
